HCPC-Registered Educational Psychologist – Experts at Hand Team

About the Role

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist (EP) to join a client’s "Experts at Hand" team supporting a network of schools within a progressive Multi-Academy Trust (MAT).


Responsibilities

The role will involve:

  • Consultation with SENCos and school staff to support special educational needs and well-being strategies
  • Developing early intervention strategies for pupils with learning and emotional challenges
  • Designing and delivering staff training programmes
  • Providing group support in areas such as SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), learning difficulties, and behaviour
  • Collaborating with the MAT to improve whole-school approaches to inclusion

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

✔ Currently HCPC-registered ✔ 2+ years of post-qualified experience – either within a Local Authority (LA) or as a private EP working directly in schools ✔ 2 satisfactory professional references ✔ Enhanced DBS clearance (provided free by Liquid Personnel)

ℹ Specialism in SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) and EBSA (Educational, Behavioural and Social Approaches) would add value, but is not mandatory.
