Job Summary

The Educator role is fundamental to our success. As an Educator, you’ll be a guest experience expert in our retail stores, responsible for:

  • Delivering world-class customer service
  • Engaging guests in meaningful conversations
  • Educating customers on our premium products
  • Aligning with our company’s mission and cultural values

Your role blends hospitality with expertise—ensuring every guest leaves feeling supported, informed, and inspired.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Provide a seamless, personalized experience that respects guests’ time.
  • Assess guests’ needs and recommend tailored solutions for purchases, returns, and ongoing support.
  • Explain product benefits, features, and functionality with confidence and clarity.
  • Facilitate smooth transactions—processing orders accurately, managing buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store programs as required.
  • Move dynamically across the store to assist guests and meet operational needs.
  • Actively solicit and address guest feedback, collaborating with store leadership to resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Eligibility

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proof of Right to Work (varies by location, e.g., EMEA regions).
  • Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to your assigned store.

Availability

  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Willingness Requirements

  • Comfort working in an environment with bright lighting and loud music.
  • Ability to move throughout the store for most of the shift to assist guests.
  • Capable of moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
  • Willing to engage in collaborative teamwork while completing some independent tasks.

Nice-to-Have Assets

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
