Are you an active eDV Cleared Consultant looking to work on programmes that genuinely make a difference to the UK's National Security and Public Sector?
I'm working exclusively with an award-winning management consultancy that's continuing to grow its specialist consulting practice. They're looking for ambitious consultants who enjoy solving complex problems, working alongside senior stakeholders and delivering meaningful change across some of the UK's most secure and high-profile programmes.
This isn't a traditional "big consultancy" environment.
You'll join a collaborative team where consultants are trusted to make an impact, work closely with clients, and accelerate their careers through challenging projects, structured development and genuine opportunities to progress.
What you'll be doing:
Working across National Security, Defence, Critical National Infrastructure and the wider Public Sector, you'll:
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to solve complex operational and strategic challenges.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions and discovery activities.
- Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Deliver business analysis, business change, product or project management activities within Agile environments.
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables.
- Support transformation programmes that improve public services and strengthen national resilience.
- Contribute to internal initiatives including capability development, recruitment and thought leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
