In your role, you will help strengthen consultant effectiveness and experience across Intact, supporting the delivery of business priorities through high quality insight, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your work will shape how HR delivers value, helping create a consistent, efficient, and positive experience for colleagues while improving outcomes across the organisation.
You’ll Make An Impact By
- Help to create the roadmap to improve the HR function and improve the employee experience.
- Delivering high quality activities and outputs that support improvements in HR effectiveness and consultant experience.
- Shaping solutions using insight, data, and stakeholder input to meet business needs and drive meaningful outcomes.
- Dealing with multiple deliverables and priorities, ensuring progress is maintained and risks are identified and addressed.
- Collaborating across HR and wider functions to support coordinated delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Supporting implementation and adoption of ideas, helping embed changes and improve overall performance.

Your Skills And Experience
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and develop practical, insight led solutions.
- Positivity working with stakeholders across multiple functions and influencing through clear communication.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Experience supporting projects or change with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement.
