Are you eager to start a fulfilling professional career in a global Private Banking group whilst developing and strengthening your skills and competencies? How the EFG Graduate Programme works? Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group: You will start with a 2-week onboarding in Switzerland to discover EFG Mission, Vision and Culture and start building your professional network. During the onboarding you will have the chance to attend specific trainings aimed at enhancing key competencies and communication skills. Continuous learning opportunities to ensure you develop both personally and professionally to achieve full potential. Buddy and Mentor to accompany you throughout the programme. Truly global, we have positions based in Miami, London, Luxembourg, Geneva, Zurich, Lugano, Singapore and Hong Kong. The EFG Graduate Programme comprises 3 professional paths in which you will equally experience our entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to excellence and innovative thinking. #EFG Business Functions #EFG Corporate Functions #EFG Digital and IT If you choose the Corporate Functions path, you will gain hands-on experience and insight into the key areas that support and drive the success of EFG. As part of this path, you will complete a 6-month rotation in your preferred corporate function, allowing you to specialise and deepen your expertise. You will also undertake two additional 6-month rotations across other business units, broadening your understanding of the private banking industry. The Corporate Functions path is ideal for those interested in: Private Banking COO (PB Support, Business Risk Management, Business Development) Strategic Planning and Control Compliance Risk Finance Strategic Marketing and Branding Public Relations & Stakeholder Communications Sustainability Human Resources This path provides a comprehensive foundation for a career in the essential support and governance functions that enable EFG to deliver outstanding service and maintain its leadership in private banking. Our graduates are brilliant and enthusiastic talents, so we expect: Bachelor or Master degree (completed in 2025 or on track to complete it) with outstanding academic results in a field with affinity with the selected professional path. Excellent English (any other language will be an advantage) International mindset Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills Forward thinking and able to suggest new ways of working to improve efficiency and competitiveness Self-disciplined, committed and with strong work ethics Adaptable and able to work collaboratively in a team environment with people from different backgrounds Client-oriented Proactive self-starter with intellectual curiosity What will you get?
