Are you highly organised? Are you an experienced administrator? Do you have a passion for making a difference? If so, we may have the role for you in our Birmingham team.

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator on a full-time basis to work with our Birmingham Supported Internship team.

As a EHCP Coordinator you will be working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders such as local authorities, parents/carers and learners. The primary function of this role is to coordinate the EHCP review process in a timely manner in order to ensure reviews are conducted in line with SEND Code of Practice. The role will ensure that suitable learners are recruited onto the programme and informed decisions are made based on observations, written documents, family contribution and the learner voice.

As an EHCP Coordinator you will take responsibility for ensuring the required number of learners are recruited onto the programme each academic year. This will be done through effective networking and relationship building with a number of referral sources. Collaborative working with other delivery colleagues is also key, this role will attend case conferencing meetings to ensure that EHCP outcomes are being achieved and embedded into the programme for each learner.

This role requires good organisation, attention to detail and ability to keep to timescales and targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
