EHS Data Analyst
Data Analyst (Environmental, Health & Safety) – Remote Position

About the Role
Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics is seeking a Data Analyst (EHS) to play a key role in coordinating and managing data, document control, and reporting. This full-time remote position will focus on improving EHS data management, preparing reports, and driving operational excellence in environmental health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Act as a Document Control Coordinator across applicable sites.
- Compile and organise data into standardised spreadsheets for review and analysis.
- Support EHS training assignment maintenance.
- Ensure data accuracy and prepare internal reports.
- Conduct routine reviews of incident reports to verify quality and completeness.
- Assist in site-based audits, including analytics for hazard assessments, compliance tracking, and corrective actions.

Expertise & Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have:
- Experience in data analysis and management.
- An understanding of EHS and/or incident reporting (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Tools—Excel and PowerPoint (must-have).
- Knowledge of Power BI (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and drive projects as a self-starter.
