A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Senior EHS Lead at Siemens Energy, where you will play a key role in driving Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) performance across the business and assigned organisation, in alignment with the Zero Harm culture.
This is a high-impact role where you will support the implementation of EHS management systems, drive compliance with legal and company standards, and promote continuous improvement.
Your efforts will be crucial in supporting EHS objectives and driving a proactive Safety Culture from within the organisation.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Implement and maintain EHS management systems across the business and assigned organisation.
- Ensure compliance with UK EHS legislation, Siemens Energy standards, and ISO certifications (ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001).
- Provide EHS support, advice and guidance to operational teams throughout project lifecycle and adhoc site visits.
- Monitor EHS performance through audits, inspections, and reporting; provide regular updates to management.
- Lead investigations of incidents and near misses, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvements and Siemens Energy Initiatives as well as championing best practices.

What You Bring
- NEBOSH National Diploma
- Lead Auditor qualification (ISO45001/ISO14001) and practical auditing experience.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, CDM 2015, and environmental management.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Full UK driving license.
About The Team
You will be part of the GS EU&AF EQS EHS T2 team, working closely with regional and local stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of EHS strategies and compliance. The team is committed to fostering a strong EHS culture and driving continuous improvement in safety and sustainability.
