EHS Lead - Data Centre
Location: London
We're recruiting an experienced EHS Lead to join a leading general contractor delivering major critical infrastructure projects across UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who is passionate about driving a positive health, safety and environmental culture while ensuring compliance with client, company and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all site Health, Safety & Environmental activities.
- Implement and maintain the site's HSE management system.
- Conduct audits, inspections and incident investigations.
- Review and manage RAMS, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
- Deliver safety training, inductions and toolbox talks.
- Monitor HSE performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Promote environmental compliance and employee wellbeing.
- Liaise with clients, regulators and project teams to ensure best practice.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an EHS leadership role.
- Level 7 or Level 8 qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to influence and promote a strong safety culture across all levels.
