EHS Manager in Projects

A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Project Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you will provide expert EHS support across the full project lifecycle, from bids and proposals through to project delivery and close-out. Working closely with Sales, Proposals, Project Managers and key stakeholders, you'll ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are identified, assessed and embedded into project planning and execution in line with Siemens Energy standards.

Your role will combine strategic planning with practical site support. You'll develop and review Construction Phase Plans, conduct site inspections, support investigations and reporting, and ensure projects remain compliant with legal, client and Siemens Energy requirements. By providing expert guidance and promoting best practice, you'll help deliver projects safely, compliantly and with integrity.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Integrate Health, Safety and Environmental requirements into bids, proposals and contracts, ensuring appropriate resources, risks and compliance measures are included from the outset.
  • Support Project Managers by maintaining EHS risk assessments, coordinating project handovers and ensuring all required EHS documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Develop, review and maintain Construction Phase Plans and supporting documentation, ensuring alignment with client requirements, CDM regulations and Siemens Energy's EHS Management System.
  • Conduct site inspections, provide practical EHS support throughout construction, commissioning and project close-out, and promote a strong safety culture across project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international dangerous goods regulations, supporting safe transportation, reshipments and disposal activities where required.
  • Support audits, incident investigations and monthly reporting, using lessons learned and performance data to drive continual improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
