Overview: We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to support offshore wind operations based out of Lowestoft. This role involves a blend of onshore site-based activities and offshore work via Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV), ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day EHS support across offshore wind projects and associated onshore sites Promote a strong safety culture and act as a subject matter expert in safety Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Deliver safety briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications & Experience: NEBOSH (General Certificate or equivalent) Offshore wind experience essential Valid OEUK Medical GWO Sea Survival (and relevant GWO modules) Experience working on CTVs and offshore environments Strong working knowledge of EHS legislation and best practice Skills & Attributes: Safety-focused with a proactive approach Strong communication and influencing skills Ability to work independently across both site and offshore environments Adaptable and comfortable in dynamic operational settings
