EHS Technology Platform Owner

We are looking for an EHS Technology Platform Owner to lead the governance, simplification, optimisation, and business value of the Cority SaaS solution during this 12-month secondment. With a particular focus on the Occupational Health (OH) module, this role will help simplify and strengthen how EHS and OH services are enabled across multiple GSK markets, supporting business priorities and the safety and health of our people.

This is a global platform ownership role, connecting EHS, OH Services, Technology, Privacy, Compliance, and external partners to reduce complexity, strengthen system governance, and ensure Cority is scalable, compliant, and aligned to future business needs. The role is suited to someone with experience in enterprise platform ownership, system governance, SaaS optimisation, process simplification, or technology-enabled transformation.

Prior experience in EHS or Occupational Health is helpful but not essential; the key requirement is strong enterprise system governance, platform ownership, simplification, and continuous improvement capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Simplify and govern the GSK Cority SaaS solution, reducing unnecessary complexity while ensuring compliant, effective OH and EHS service delivery.
  • Define and deliver the global roadmap for EHS Occupational Health-related systems, prioritising simplification, system enhancements, business value, user experience, and the safety and health of our people.
  • Act as the central Cority business lead, aligning stakeholders around clear standards, best practice, and simplified ways of working.
  • Partner with GSK Technology teams and external vendors to shape the product roadmap, deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure system performance meets business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by using feedback, adoption insights, and process data to remove friction and improve the user experience.
  • Lead testing, acceptance, and assurance activities so system changes are robust, compliant, and successfully adopted.
  • Enable capability and scale through clear guidance, simplified SOPs, learning materials, and onboarding support.

Basic experience

  • Experience owning, governing, or managing an enterprise digital system, SaaS platform, or business-critical technology solution in a global or multi-country environment.
  • Experience defining system governance, operating models, access controls, change processes, standards, and simplified ways of working.
  • Experience partnering with Technology teams and external vendors to translate business needs into system requirements, enhancements, testing plans, and release priorities.
  • Experience leading system optimisation, process simplification, or digital transformation initiatives that improve user experience, compliance, and business value.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align business, Technology, Compliance, and operational teams around common priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
