The Role

We are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to oversee a small maintenance team consisting of 5 Engineers and 2 Apprentices.

The role will involve providing electrical maintenance support across site facilities, foundry equipment and machinery, ensuring planned maintenance schedules are completed and responding effectively to breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising a team of 5 Engineers and 2 Apprentices
  • Providing electrical maintenance for site facilities, foundry equipment and machinery
  • Adhering to PPM and TPM schedules
  • Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out fault finding
  • Reading and working from electrical and panel drawings
  • Fault finding down to component level
  • PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace faults
  • Installation and commissioning of new machinery

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Be an experienced Engineer with a background in heavy industry and/or manufacturing
  • Hold an Electrical qualification at Level 3 or above
  • Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults

💰 Salary up to £57,500 DOE
🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
🌴 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays
