Key Responsibilities
- Coupling technology with craftsmanship: Perform wiring of units, sub-assemblies, and high-quality assemblies to exact specifications.
- Urgency with precision: Maintain a positive, deadline-driven mindset while upholding stringent quality standards.
- Ownership & mentorship: Take full responsibility for training and guiding others within team settings.
- Collaborative excellence: Actively participate in inter-departmental initiatives to bolster production efficiency, product quality, and health & safety protocols.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Education & Qualifications:
- A formal electrical qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven line/panel assembly experience boosts competitiveness.
- Ability to ** operate independently**, using initiative in unsupervised settings.
