Electrical Bias Multi Skilled Engineer

£54,000 + 7% Bonus + Excellent Benefits | FMCG Manufacturing

They promoted their last Electrical Bias Multi Skilled Engineer. That's why this role exists. Not a resignation. Not a restructure. A promotion, which tells you more about this site than any list of benefits ever could.

What makes it different:

  • Exceptionally low staff turnover. Engineers here build careers, not CVs.
  • A genuine promote from within culture (see above).
  • Real investment in modern, fast paced production lines.
  • A team that's actually into continuous improvement, not just saying it in interviews.
  • The autonomy to challenge processes and own your fixes.

The work:

You'll report to the Lead Engineer, keeping production equipment running and pushing reliability forward. That means fault finding across electrical and pneumatic systems on high speed machinery, chasing root causes instead of firefighting symptoms, and working shoulder to shoulder with production to make fixes stick.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
