📌 Maintenance Engineer

📍 Milford Haven

💰 £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

What You'll Do:

You'll be joining a busy engineering team responsible for keeping operations running efficiently through a mix of reactive and planned maintenance. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering real variety across site maintenance and equipment support.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Carrying out reactive maintenance and general repairs across the site
  • Delivering planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
  • Supporting the installation and commissioning of new machinery
  • Working closely with production teams to reduce disruption
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and lean initiatives
  • Supporting investigations and risk assessments where required

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role
  • Electrical experience or qualifications are highly desirable
  • A recognised engineering or trade qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
  • Confidence working independently and managing your workload
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
  • Any experience within food or regulated manufacturing environments would be beneficial
