📌 Maintenance Engineer
📍 Milford Haven
💰 £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
What You'll Do:
You'll be joining a busy engineering team responsible for keeping operations running efficiently through a mix of reactive and planned maintenance. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering real variety across site maintenance and equipment support.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Carrying out reactive maintenance and general repairs across the site
- Delivering planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
- Supporting the installation and commissioning of new machinery
- Working closely with production teams to reduce disruption
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
- Contributing to continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Supporting investigations and risk assessments where required

What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role
- Electrical experience or qualifications are highly desirable
- A recognised engineering or trade qualification would be advantageous
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Confidence working independently and managing your workload
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
- Any experience within food or regulated manufacturing environments would be beneficial
