The Opportunity
We are seeking a Talented and Driven Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll:
- Contribute to designing innovative, sustainable buildings that deliver exceptional value to clients while minimising environmental impact.
- Engage throughout the project lifecycle—from initial feasibility to final completion, working across sectors such as healthcare, industrial, data centres, and education.
- Support our digital transformation by embracing automation and integrated design tools to enhance efficiency and expand our service offerings.
As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will:
- Work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment, focusing on designs that balance value and sustainability.
- Participate actively in projects at every stage: feasibility, design, and completion.
- Explore digital-first solutions to advance our business, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovative engineering.

Is This Role Right for You?
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Holds (or is pursuing) a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Is actively pursuing Chartered status through CIBSE, IET, or another relevant professional body.
- Demonstrates proficient skills in designing electric systems, including:
- Lighting
- Power distribution
- Fire alarm
- Data/communications systems
- Is familiar with working in a BIM environment, utilising Revit and electrical design tools such as:
- Amtech
- Dialux
- Relux
- Possesses the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
