About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing electrical compliance contracts from initial client engagement through to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you will oversee multiple contracts simultaneously, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and support the continued success of the business.

Manage contract budgets, commercial performance, invoicing, and variations. Prepare quotations and tenders for small to medium-sized electrical works. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent service. Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and proactively address risks and challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
