Electrical Design Engineer

You'll be joining a well-resourced design team of 14, backed by strong management and industry experience. This gives you immediate support, career development and the chance to work on high-quality projects across multiple sectors.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of electrical design projects, calculating and producing detailed designs for electrical services in the built environment.
  • You'll run jobs independently, ensuring specifications are delivered to high-quality standards, while liaising with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Work closely with the BIM team on design coordination and use Amtech software for cable calculations, giving you hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and processes.

What you'll need

  • Experience in electrical design within the building services sector
  • Proven ability to produce designs at RIBA Stage 4
  • Confidence in managing projects and stakeholder communication
