Position: Electrical Systems & Field Operations Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $40 - $50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for AI system training.
- Review and validate technical materials such as equipment layouts and inspection reports.
- Evaluate electrical troubleshooting scenarios and document solutions using industry best practices.
- Assess and clarify technical manuals and field operation guides for non-expert audiences.
- Provide detailed feedback on documentation quality related to field operations and electrical systems design.
- Collaborate asynchronously to share technical insights and practical scenarios.

Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in electrical systems, control systems, automation, instrumentation, or field operations.
- Experience interpreting and producing technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational documentation is required.
- Backgrounds such as Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Electrician, or Maintenance Supervisor are highly valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail when working with visually dense technical documents.
- Comfort collaborating remotely in a digital-first, asynchronous project setting.
