Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for electrical engineering experts to help train and improve cutting-edge AI systems. Your deep technical knowledge will directly shape how AI reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to power systems — making a real impact on the next generation of intelligent tools used by engineers worldwide.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your expertise drives the work. You set your schedule and contribute on your own terms.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging problems — Craft advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like:
- Circuit analysis
- Power systems
- Signal processing
- Electromagnetics
- Control systems to rigorously test AI performance
- Author gold-standard solutions — Write precise, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and reasoning
- Audit technical accuracy — Review and evaluate AI-generated:
- Responses
- Circuit diagrams
- Mathematical proofs
- Code for correctness, safety, and adherence to standards such as IEEE and NEC
- Refine AI reasoning — Identify logical errors or gaps in AI-generated engineering reasoning and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
- Work asynchronously — Complete assignments independently on your own schedule with no mandatory meeting times

Who You Are

Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Or a closely related field

Strong foundational expertise in one or more core domains:
- VLSI
- Control systems
- Telecommunications
- Power electronics
- Signal processing

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in written form

Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy in:
- Mathematical equations
- Circuit logic
- Technical documentation

Nice to Have

Experience with:
