Position: Electrical Engineering Professor

Type: Contract

Compensation: $40 - $130/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and author graduate-level exam questions in electrical engineering, ensuring rigor and authenticity.
  • Develop detailed explanations and grading rubrics for each question, maintaining academic standards.
  • Review and validate AI-generated content for technical accuracy and pedagogical strength.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with experts to refine question quality and ensure academic rigor.
  • Evaluate AI model outputs, providing feedback on model reasoning versus human reasoning.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in written form for exam solutions or instructional content.

Requirements

  • Have a PhD or advanced Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with teaching experience.
  • Experience in authoring or reviewing graduate-level assessments or coursework in electrical engineering.
  • Deep knowledge in Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, RF, Power Electronics, with emphasis on Integrated Circuits.
  • Expertise in rubric design, assessment development, or educational content creation.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and academic rigor.
