Electrical Engineering Trainer, Coventry, £45,000 – £50,000 + Benefits
Electrical Engineering Trainer / Electrical Trainer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Controls Engineer / Industrial Electrician opportunity within a leading engineering training provider.
Salary and Benefits
£45,000 – £50,000 salary depending on experience + 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, private medical insurance and development opportunities.
Job Details
36-hour working week, Monday to Friday, permanent role.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer to move into a rewarding training and development role while remaining hands-on technically.

Suitable Candidates
This Electrical Engineering Trainer job will suit:
- An Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Industrial Electrician, Controls Engineer or Electrical Trainer with industrial experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrics, electrical maintenance, motor control and fault finding.
- Experience with or understanding of PLCs, inverters, HMIs and control systems.
- A confident communicator who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing others.
- Someone comfortable delivering practical, hands-on technical training.
- Full UK driving licence required, with occasional travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities
This Electrical Engineering Trainer job will involve:
- Delivering practical electrical maintenance training courses to engineers.
- Training and assessing learners in industrial electrical systems, motor control, PLCs and fault diagnosis.
- Carrying out technical assessments and maintaining accurate training records.
- Supporting the development and improvement of electrical training materials.
- Creating a safe, engaging and supportive learning environment.
Location
This Electrical Engineering Trainer job is commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Solihull and surrounding areas.
