Electrical Improver (Self-Employed) – London & Southeast

Established in 2000, we have proudly supported clients across London and the Southeast for over two decades. Operating from our head office, warehouse, and purpose-built training centre in Hertford, we deliver high-quality electrical services while continuously developing and supporting our people.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced self-employed Electrical Improver, offering a strong pathway for career development with clear progression to a fully qualified Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer within six months. Upon successful progression, you will transition into a full-time, permanent position. The role covers South London, with core working hours of Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installation, maintenance, and testing & inspection works under supervision
- Support the completion of EICRs and remedial works in line with current regulations
- Work safely and in full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and industry standards
- Follow instructions from the assigned Electrical Engineer and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Communicate professionally with residents, clients, and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Take part in company-provided training to support skills development
- Carry out additional duties as reasonably required by management

What You Will Have
- 1–2+ years electrical experience
- L2/L3 Electrical Installations Diploma
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382-18)
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic hand tools
