Electrical Improver
Electrical Improver (Automotive & Industrial) – Birmingham & Surrounding Areas
We are seeking Electrical Improvers to join our team, working across automotive manufacturing plants and industrial sites in Birmingham and the wider region. This is an ongoing contract opportunity, offering competitive rates and varied projects in electrical installations and maintenance.
What You Will Do
- Assist with electrical installations on automotive and industrial sites
- Work alongside qualified electricians to perform tasks safely and to a professional standard
- Follow electrical drawings and site instructions precisely
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Contribute to delivering projects on time and to specification

What You Will Bring
- Valid ECS Card (essential) – a legal requirement
- Previous experience as an Electrical Improver, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Own tools and transport are beneficial, though not essential
- A reliable, meticulous approach with strong attention to detail

Our client specialises in electrical installation and maintenance services for the automotive and industrial sectors, carrying out projects across key manufacturing facilities in the Midlands.
