About the Role
We’re looking for Electrical Improvers who want a genuine route into the trade. Whether your interest is in LED lighting or Solar PV, we want to hear from you.
You’ll work alongside experienced installers and electricians on live commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience from day one. Panel mounting, cable pulls, containment, lighting installations, bAC/DC cabling, site set-up and safety procedures all form part of the role.
We welcome applications from Level 2 upwards to NVQ Level 3. All qualifications will be assessed and practical trials are preferred to ensure the role is the right fit for both the candidate and the business.

About You
- Electrical site experience at improver or mate level
- Minimum Level 2 City & Guilds Electrical qualification (for LED work)
- ECS card (mandatory for solar sites, preferred for LED projects)
- Comfortable working at height and using tools safely
- Genuine interest in renewables, solar or commercial electrical work
- Professional, reliable and a strong team player
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Within reasonable commuting distance of Sevenoaks
