Electrical Installation Engineer (Progression to Lecturer)

£30,000 - £40,000 + Full Teacher Training Provided + 45 Days Holiday + CPD + Progression

Location: Workington

Are you an Electrical Installation Engineer with a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations looking to come off the tools and build a rewarding long-term career?

Do you want to pass on your industry knowledge to the next generation of electricians, with no previous teaching experience required and full support to become a qualified Lecturer?

This leading technical education and training provider delivers a wide range of vocational, apprenticeship and higher education programmes across engineering and technical disciplines. Working closely with major employers, the organisation develops industry-ready talent through modern workshops, specialist facilities and courses ranging from entry level through to degree-level study.

In this role, you will use your industry experience to deliver Electrical Installations training across both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess learner progress and support students in developing the technical knowledge and practical skills required for successful careers within the electrical and building services industry. Alongside this, you will receive full support to gain recognised teaching qualifications while working within an experienced and supportive team.
