Are you an experienced electrician looking to move into education, or an existing Electrical Tutor seeking a new challenge?
We are working with a highly regarded Further Education provider that is looking to appoint an Electrical Installation Tutor to join its expanding Engineering and Construction team on a part-time, permanent basis.
The Role
You will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to both full-time learners and apprentices, helping them develop the practical skills, technical knowledge, and industry behaviours required for successful careers within the electrical sector.
Working within modern training facilities, you will support learners across a range of Electrical Installation programmes, combining practical workshop delivery with classroom-based teaching and assessment.

What We're Looking For
- Industry qualifications in Electrical Installation
- Current or recent experience within commercial, industrial or domestic electrical work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A passion for developing and supporting learners
- Ability to work collaboratively within a teaching team
Previous teaching experience is welcome but not essential. Full support and funding towards a recognised teaching qualification can be provided for candidates looking to transition from industry into education.
