We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our growing facilities maintenance team, covering a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a stable role with a competitive salary, paid travel, a company vehicle available for personal use, and genuine opportunities for overtime and career development.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment Diagnose and repair electrical faults across commercial buildings Conduct reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs when required Complete electrical testing, inspection, and minor installation works Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current regulations and health & safety standards Accurately complete service reports and maintenance documentation Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders
Requirements
Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK driving licence Ability to work xlqdzyr independently and manage a mobile workload effectively

2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent) Experience working within FM, healthcare, education, retail, or office environments Knowledge of building services and mechanical systems

This mobile position offers variety and autonomy, covering a range of commercial properties across Surrey. The successful candidate will be provided with a fully equipped company vehicle, fuel card, and paid travel, ensuring you are rewarded for your time on the road while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
