Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Commercial)
Location: Bristol, Bath & Exeter Positions: 2 Engineers Required Hours: Full-time (40 hours) Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About The Role
Our client is seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineers to perform commercial electrical work across Plymouth and Cornwall. This role is highly practical, with no supervisory duties.
The Engineers will deliver reliable maintenance and testing services to ensure practical compliance, safety, and operational excellence at various commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct planned and reactive electrical maintenance on-site
- Perform EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and PAT testing
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and effectively
- Maintain BS 7671 (IEEE Recommendation for Safety Standards for Electrical Installations) compliance and follow company procedures

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrician qualification
- Compliance with BS 7671:2018 (IEEE electrical safety standards)
- Certification in 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance
- Strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail
