£37,115.94 – £41,569.85 | Westdown Camp, Salisbury, Wiltshire | Permanent | Company van + fuel card | Tools, equipment & PPE provided
If you’re an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer who takes pride in doing things properly, this role puts your expertise at the centre of keeping essential Defence sites safe, reliable and fully operational. You’ll be a trusted specialist whose skills, judgement and professionalism make a real difference every day. - Location: Westdown Camp, Salisbury, Wiltshire
- Contract: Permanent, Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30

About The Organisation
Landmarc supports the UK Armed Forces by keeping the Defence Training Estate running safely and effectively. We manage training areas and ranges, maintain essential infrastructure and deliver major improvement projects that enhance military training across the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in line with IET Wiring Regulations
- Managing a mix of planned, reactive, statutory, and mandatory tasks
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and safe systems of work
- Using IT systems and manual records to complete accurate documentation
- Working closely with colleagues and site contacts to deliver a seamless service
- This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same
- Being part of an on-call rota 1 in 5 weeks (overtime/TOIL applicable)

What We’re Looking For
The Ideal Candidate
- A proactive, solutions-focused engineer
- Strong experience in commercial electrical maintenance
- Confident using IT systems and mobile devices
- A clear communicator who works well independently and as part of a team
Essential
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship (e.g., NVQ/SVQ Level 3)
- BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- BS2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)
- Full UK Driving Licence
