Salary: Up to £57,500 DOE
Location: Dudley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturing business, is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with supervisory experience to join a successful business offering a competitive salary and excellent work-life balance.
The Role
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of engineers, ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of the site's production equipment and facilities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading and supporting the electrical maintenance team on a day-to-day basis.
- Carrying out electrical maintenance across site facilities, equipment, and manufacturing machinery.
- Ensuring PPM and TPM schedules are completed while responding quickly and effectively to breakdowns.
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and panel drawings to diagnose faults.
- PLC fault finding.
- Supporting the installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of new plant and machinery.
- Driving high standards of safety, reliability, and engineering performance across the department.

About You
Our client is looking for someone who has:
- Previous electrical maintenance experience within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
- A recognised Electrical qualification (Level 3 or above).
- Strong PLC fault-finding skills.
- Previous experience leading or supervising an engineering team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
