Job Introduction

Landmarc is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. In this role you’ll carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, support wider site operations and occasionally travel to other locations across the East Region. This role offers variety, stability and the chance to work within a supportive, close‑knit team. We also invest in our team by encouraging personal training and development.

Role Details

  • Salary: £37,115.94 - £41,569.85 (DOE)
  • Location: West Tofts Camp, Thetford, Norfolk, IP26 5EP
  • Contract: Permanent, Mon–Fri, 08:00 - 16:30 (Early finish on a Friday)
  • On Call: 1 in 5 weeks (over-time applicable)
  • Travel: Periodic attendance to Donna Nook, Holbeach, Fingringhoe, Barton Road, Beckingham and Yardley Chase
  • Added benefits: Company van and fuel card provided

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and repair electrical systems in line with IET Wiring Regulations
  • Conduct reactive and planned maintenance tasks
  • Support major and minor maintenance tasks across the Training Estate
  • Ensure site safety by following all Health & Safety protocols
  • Conduct risk assessments and follow safe systems of work
  • Work with stakeholders to support smooth site operations
  • Complete documentation using IT and paper‑based systems
  • Support with the on call rota during time of annual leave and sickness absence

Essential

  • Recognised electrical apprenticeship (e.g., NVQ/SVQ Level 3)
  • BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • City + Guilds 2391 -2394 + 2395 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • Experience in a commercial environment
  • LPS trained
  • Emergency lighting trained
