Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Company: Edsential

Salary: £27,726.00 Per year

Location: Conway Centre (Fixed Location)

Hours per week: 29.6 hours (4 days per week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will re quired to carry out electrical maintenance, testing, inspection and minor installation works to ensure all buildings and associated systems are safe, compliant and fully operational.

Undertake duties in line with approved standards, regulations and working practices, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, within agreed timescales and to a high standard

Key Responsibilities:

Inspecting electrical systems, equipment, and components for signs of damage or wear Performing routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure they are running efficiently Repairing or replacing faulty electrical parts, wiring, or equipment Troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying solutions to resolve them Adhering to safety standards and regulations at all times Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation

Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent recognised electrical qualification), with relevant practical electrical experience Current 18th Edition (BS 7671) Core qualifications in Maths and English Relevant technical qualifications in electrical systems or a related field Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring diagrams Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal abilities
