Electrical Manager
Hybrid Working

- Circa £50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience

What You’ll Do
- Act as NICEIC Duty Holder, ensure all work meets legislation
- Lead Supervisors and Electricians delivering compliant repairs and installations
- Manage performance of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers against KPIs and budgets
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Drive productivity, quality, and value for money
- Improve service delivery through continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements
You are:
- HNC/HND qualified (or equivalent) or have relevant experience
- An electrically qualified professional with strong compliance and safety knowledge
- Health and Safety qualified with experience in H&S, CDM, and gas compliance
- Experienced in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experienced in leading teams and subcontractors and managing performance

Working Conditions & Policies
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid: Office base in Maryport (Irish Street) + remote
- Confident using technology
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel expenses paid)
- Basic DBS check required (cost covered by employer)
