Electrical Manager

Hybrid Working

  • 2 days at Maryport office
  • Remainder from home

Employment Type & Hours

  • Permanent, Full Time
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary

  • Circa £50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience

What You’ll Do

  • Act as NICEIC Duty Holder, ensure all work meets legislation
  • Lead Supervisors and Electricians delivering compliant repairs and installations
  • Manage performance of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers against KPIs and budgets
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive productivity, quality, and value for money
  • Improve service delivery through continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

You are:

  • HNC/HND qualified (or equivalent) or have relevant experience
  • An electrically qualified professional with strong compliance and safety knowledge
  • Health and Safety qualified with experience in H&S, CDM, and gas compliance
  • Experienced in delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Experienced in leading teams and subcontractors and managing performance

Working Conditions & Policies

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid: Office base in Maryport (Irish Street) + remote
  • Confident using technology
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel expenses paid)
  • Basic DBS check required (cost covered by employer)
