Location: Hampshire Region (requires willingness to travel across multiple sites and hold a current full driving licence)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: £38,247.41 – £45,896.13 per annum (depending on skills and experience)

About The Role
Join our Wastewater Treatment Team to maintain, repair, and optimise wastewater treatment works, sludge centres, and pumping stations. Work towards ensuring compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Undertake reactive and planned maintenance of plant and equipment
- Install new plant and equipment as required
- Respond to alarms and fault-find issues, providing fixes or escalating issues
- Carry out inspection and testing of electrical equipment, following company procedures
- Provide technical expertise to internal and external contractors
- Update company systems and databases accurately and promptly
- Participate in standby cover on a rota basis

Requirements
Essential
- Level 3 NVQ Electrical qualification with certificates
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Desirable
- Experience in the water industry
- Strong understanding of pumping station operation and wastewater treatment processes
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation
