Aureol Global Connections is excited to announce an opportunity for six Electrical Project Engineers to join our talented team. In this crucial role, you will oversee electrical projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including engineers, architects, and clients, to develop and implement innovative electrical solutions that meet project specifications. Responsibilities Manage electrical projects, overseeing all aspects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct risk management assessments and implement strategies to mitigate project risks. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise. Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure that all safety standards and regulations are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages professional growth. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience in electrical project engineering or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems design, construction methodologies, and industry regulations. Proficiency in project management software and electrical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on project success and client satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the electrical engineering field.
