About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing EV Charging team. You will be responsible for delivering electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile renewable energy and sustainable transport projects as the UK continues its transition to net zero.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple EV charging installation projects simultaneously.
  • Plan, programme, and oversee project delivery from design through commissioning.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, DNOs, clients, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Produce project programmes, progress reports, and client updates.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues throughout project delivery.
  • Ensure installations comply with BS7671, relevant electrical standards, and client specifications.
  • Support project handover, commissioning, and final documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
