Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Greater London.
This is a full-time, site-based role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering electrical building services projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will oversee project programmes, budgets, resources, and site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
- Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Managing the procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and resolving issues.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Producing project reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Driving continuous improvement and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience managing electrical or building services projects from planning through to completion.
- Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing procurement activities and ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Knowledge of inspection, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience coordinating logistics, site operations, and multi-site project delivery.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, building services systems, industry standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead site teams, solve technical and operational issues, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Professional memberships and industry certifications are advantageous.
