Electrical Project Manager – Decarb Modular Solutions
Team Overview
The Decarb Modular Solutions team oversees the programming, procurement, planning, and execution of multiple offsite modular projects, including:
- Package plantrooms
- MEP lateral and riser distribution modules
Working within our new state-of-the-art Modular Solutions facility, this team plays a key cross-functional role, collaborating closely with our decarbonation business units.
Role Overview
As Electrical Project Manager, you will provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the Offsite Modular Solutions project portfolio. Your responsibilities include:
- Overall ownership of electrical, BMS (Building Management Systems), and offsite assembly teams, including managing and allocating subcontracted labour.
- Cross-functional team leadership, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder management, building strong relationships with internal and external collaborators.
- Governance and commercial oversight, with visibility and influence across:
- Commercial
- Engineering
- Design
- Quality assurance
- Logistical functions

Location: Mallusk Working Hours: → Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM → Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Salary: Competitive (based on experience). Reports to: Operations Manager
What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will demonstrate: ✔ Fluency in written and spoken English and a proven career in electrical project management or a similar advanced technical role, with deep expertise in:
- Electrical systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Modular or commercial MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) sectors ✔ Leadership in complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and regulatory standards. ✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel-based tracking), to:
- Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Identify trends and risk factors
- Drive data-driven performance improvements ✔ Decision-making skills under pressure, balancing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail. ✔ Full EU driving licence required due to site access and supplier coordination. ✔ Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to:
- Inspire teamwork
- Sustain high productivity in supervised and unsupervised contexts.
