Electrical Project Manager

£60,000 + bonus | South Wales

The Opportunity

This is a genuine chance to step into a leading role with an established and growing electrical contractor delivering a steady pipeline of projects across South Wales.

Whether you’re an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for a better platform, or a Senior Electrician / Site Manager ready to step up into full project ownership, this role gives you the autonomy, support, and responsibility to really make your mark.

You’ll be trusted to run projects end-to-end — not just overseeing delivery, but actually owning outcomes: programme, cost, quality, safety, and client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of electrical projects from handover through to final account and client sign-off
  • Lead delivery of electrical projects from start to finish
  • Own programme, labour planning, procurement, and site coordination
  • Manage and support site teams and subcontractors
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and main contractors
  • Run progress meetings and ensure projects stay on track commercially and operationally
  • Maintain high standards of H&S, compliance, and technical delivery
  • Support cost control, forecasting, and risk management
  • Oversee commissioning, snagging, and successful project handover

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
