Seeking an Experienced Electrical Project Manager

To oversee a high-value critical power infrastructure project in Canary Wharf, London.

This role involves leading the delivery of complex, multi-megawatt electrical packages within a high-availability, mission-critical environment. You will be responsible for driving site progress, managing sub-contractor packages, ensuring strict technical compliance, and guiding the project through to final testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of major electrical packages (MV/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, emergency generation, and containment).
  • Commercial & Sub-Contractor Management: Work closely with Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors to control package budgets, manage variations, and oversee sub-contractor performance.
  • Site Leadership & Safety: Drive high standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all electrical works on site.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for main contractors, client representatives, and engineering design teams.
  • Quality & Commissioning: Ensure all installations strictly adhere to project specifications, QA/QC standards, and Level 1–5 commissioning protocols.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
