Senior/ Electrical Project Manager

Tier 1 MEP Contractor | Commercial Building Services

📍 City of London

đź’· Freelance ÂŁ450-ÂŁ550pd CIS or Ltd

đź’· Permanent ÂŁ80k-ÂŁ100k + Benefits Package

A market-leading Tier 1 MEP Contractor with a strong presence across the UK and Europe is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the delivery team on a flagship commercial development in the City of London.

The business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering technically complex projects across the Commercial, Data Centre, Life Sciences, and Infrastructure sectors, and is currently delivering one of London’s most high-profile schemes with an overall MEP package value exceeding £50m.

Currently in pre-construction, the project is due to commence on site later this year, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to be involved from an early stage through to delivery and handover.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong pipeline of secured London projects and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

Working alongside senior project leadership and an experienced mechanical delivery team, you will take full responsibility for the electrical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and final handover. You’ll play a key role in driving programme, quality, and subcontractor performance on a large-scale, fast-paced commercial project in the heart of London.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
