About the Role

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our expert team in the UK. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and performance standards are achieved throughout Responsibilities

Lead MEP activities on-site with a primary focus on electrical systems Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of MEP packages. Review technical designs, method statements, and submittals to ensure compliance with client specifications and data centre standards. Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and cost performance. Oversee installation quality and ensure robust testing, commissioning, and handover processes. Act as key MEP point of contact with the client, project management team, and key stakeholders. Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to MiCiM and HSE requirements.

Strong electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery. Proven track record as a Senior/MEP Manager, or similar role on data centres, high-tech, pharmaceutical, or other mission‑critical projects. Excellent understanding of cooling technologies and mechanical systems typical of hyperscale or colocation data centres. Able to manage complex interfaces between trades and drive performance in fast‑paced environments. Strong communicator with the confidence to lead meetings, engage stakeholders, and represent MiCiM professionally.
