Electrical Qualified Supervisor – West London
Location: West London – Ealing Salary: £52,479 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card Hours: Monday-Friday (8am–5pm) Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) to join their team in West London.
This excellent opportunity is ideal for a qualified electrical professional with experience in social housing, repairs, maintenance, or compliance contracts. The successful candidate will oversee electrical operations, ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, and supervise electricians and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance contracts
- Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
- Supervise electricians and subcontractors, providing technical support and guidance
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to guarantee standards
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and operational reporting
- Maintain accurate records of certifications, inspections, and completed works
- Foster staff development through coaching and mentoring
- Attend client meetings to support contract delivery region-wide

Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
- AM2 (Electrical) Qualification
- Test & Inspection Qualification (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)
- Prior experience in social housing, repairs, or maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
