⚡ We're Hiring | Electrical Quality Specialist – Utility-Scale Solar PV | UK

Are you passionate about quality and renewable energy? Join Elmya EPC and play a key role in delivering some of the UK's most exciting utility-scale solar projects.

As an Electrical Quality Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting the quality assurance and quality control activities on site, ensuring electrical installations comply with project specifications, UK standards, and industry best practices. You'll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and engineers to maintain the highest quality standards throughout project execution.

What you'll be doing:

  • ✔ Carrying out electrical inspections and supporting testing activities.
  • ✔ Monitoring installation quality and maintaining QA/QC documentation.
  • ✔ Identifying and reporting non-conformities while supporting corrective actions.
  • ✔ Collaborating with construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams to ensure compliance.
  • ✔ Assisting with quality audits and preparing documentation for project handover.
  • ✔ Promoting a strong quality and safety culture across site activities.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 🔹 Experience in electrical QA/QC, commissioning, or electrical installation within construction or renewable energy projects.
  • 🔹 Knowledge of electrical standards and quality documentation.
  • 🔹 Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • 🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • 🔹 Previous experience in Solar PV, substations, or large infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
