We are currently looking for an Electrical Site Engineer to join our Development team in MRES-ET business unit. Your role will encompass: Supervise electrical subcontractors during installation of LV/MV cables, panels, switchgear, transformers, and inverter systems Verify cable routing, terminations, earthing, bonding, and segregation in compliance with technical standards Review and interpret electrical drawings, cable schedules, SLDs, and installation details Support testing, inspections, insulation resistance tests, continuity checks, and commissioning preparation. Coordinate electrical works with civil and mechanical teams to ensure efficient project execution Monitor subcontractor productivity, daily progress, risks, delays, and mitigation actions Maintain quality records, testing documentation, and corrective action tracking Support energisation, pre-commissioning, and final handover activities Ensure compliance with HSE standards, electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and safe systems of work Support process standardisation, transaction efficiency improvements, and compliance with company governance and risk management policies What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline 3+ years of experience supervising and coordinating electrical installation works within construction and renewable energy projects Experience in subcontractor management, commissioning support, and site execution Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, including cabling, terminations, switchgear, transformers, inverters, and earthing systems Familiarity with electrical installation, commissioning, QA/QC processes, and testing procedures Understanding of IET Wiring Regulations, G99/G100 standards, and industry compliance requirements Ability to interpret cable schedules, technical drawings, and electrical documentation Experience coordinating electrical activities with civil and mechanical teams in fast-paced site environments Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills under site pressure Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and strong commitment to quality, safety, RAMS, and project delivery Share the same Value Based Behaviors: People & Personal growth Results orientation & Safety excellence Collaboration & Trust Empathy & Effective communication Flexibility & Adaptability Your Benefits: Medical Plan Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity Follow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news We respect your personal data.
