⚡ Electrical Site Manager (SMSTS / Black Hat) x2
📍 Cardiff | £50,000 - £55,000 + Career Progression
We're looking for two Electrical Site Managers to join a growing business delivering a strong pipeline of commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects across South Wales.
If you're the type of person who enjoys running sites, leading teams from the front and seeing projects through from start to finish, this could be the role for you. You'll have the autonomy to take ownership on site while being backed by an experienced delivery team and a business with plenty of work secured for the future.
This isn't a role where you'll be sat behind a desk all day. We're looking for someone who can build relationships on site, keep projects moving, maintain high standards and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to specification.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
