Electrical Site Supervisor
Location: Central Belt, Scotland

Scope of Work
An exciting opportunity for an Electrical Site Supervisor to lead and optimise performance through the effective management of projects from allocation by the Commercial team to completion.
Turner Lovell is recruiting for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join a Contracting business that’s growing considerably through their delivery of major transmission and distribution projects in the Central Belt of Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of the business and its customers
- Manage multiple and/or major projects safely, competently, and effectively to time and budget.
- Ensure project meets all current legislation
- Ensure teams are working in a safe manner to the correct standard or workmanship
- Undertake inspections daily / weekly inline with the company processes, report all findings to QSHE department
- Conduct TBT’s which are prepared by the QSHE team, identify potential learning areas for new TBT’s to be provided.
- Implement safety rules, instructions, standing orders and procedures.
- Actively monitor teams within your line management responsibility.
- Ensure Point of Work Risk Assessments are carried out at daily
- Ensure that all statutory records, certificates, licenses, notifications and notices are in place.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in managing teams of operatives.
- Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering (or demonstrable level of achievement through experience)
- Good people management skills.
- Computer literate – skilled in use of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Project.
- Sound knowledge of H&S and its practical implications.
- Knowledge of CDM regulations.
