Why Join Cloud Electrical
Cloud Electrical is a long established, value led business built on trust, loyalty, and quality delivery. We take pride in long term relationships, with our clients and with our team and we are deliberate about bringing the right individuals into the business, not just filling roles.
Our clients trust us because we are quality driven, commercially fair, and solutions focused. We don't create problems on projects, we solve them. That mindset runs through how we operate day to day: anticipating issues early, coordinating properly, and making projects run smoother and more efficiently for everyone involved.
As the business grows, the right person will grow with it. Cloud Electrical is committed to recognising and rewarding contribution, loyalty, and leadership, not just job titles. This role offers a genuine opportunity to become part of the long-term growth of the business and to play a meaningful role in shaping how projects are delivered and how the company develops.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee the day to day delivery of electrical installations across our project portfolio. You will be the key point of contact on site, responsible for managing operatives, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining programme, and upholding our health and safety standards.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, you will be expected to lead by example, support your team technically, and represent Cloud Electrical professionally with clients, main contractors, and other trades. Above all, we want someone who finds ways to make things work, not reasons why they cannot.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Delivery
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation works on site, ensuring delivery to programme, specification, and budget.
- Manage and direct a team of electricians and apprentices, allocating tasks and monitoring daily output.
- Liaise with the main contractor, client, and other trades to coordinate works and resolve site issues promptly.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and current regulations (BS 7671).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
